Manchester United’s new manager, Jose Mourinho, has hailed Rooney referring to him as England’s best player for over a decade. This comes ahead of Rooney’s testimonial to celebrate a career of playing for Everton and Manchester United. The energetic forward has confirmed to the press that he won’t play for any other club in England apart from Manchester United and his former club, Everton. The English national team and Manchester United skipper said: ‘For me there could not be a more special testimonial match.’ ‘ Manchester United and Everton are the only clubs I have played for as a professional footballer.
