    WHO IS A MELANCHOLY?
    STRENGTHS;
    He is perfectionist, analytical, sensitive, he thinks a lot, he loves artistic works, he thinks before he talks, good in anything he does, he hate anything shameful, he thinks of past and future, he ask for reasons before doing anything, he thinks of ideas, he loves solidarity life, self sacrificing, he is a faithful friend.

    WEAKNESS;
    very hard to please, insecure/fearful, pessimistic, slow in decision making, he does not trust himself, moody and not cheerful, he is suspicious, he does not want to take risks, he criticizes, he always sees problems in projects, he does not forgive easily, he does not want to lead, he does not visit.
    THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT MELANCHOLY;
    His power is in his brain
    His motto is LOVE OTHERS AS YOURSELF.
    He is good as a teacher, doctor, composer, etc.

    WHO IS A PHLEGMATIC?
    STRENGHTS;
    quiet, good sense of humor, dependent, hates trouble, he does not like competition, he is neat, he settles fights/quarrels, he counsels and encourages, he is sensitive to what people says around him, he hate fight, he is practical, he is efficient, he is a good leader, he works well under pressure.

    WEAKNESS;
    selfish, slow and lazy, teases others, he is stubborn, he is a miser, he is not easily motivated, he hates changes, he is witty/dry humor, he loves to be spectator, he is aimless, self protectives, delay in his decision.

    THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT PHLEGMATIC;
    Organising is his strenght
    His motto is PEACE AND QUIETNESS
    He is a good leader, teacher, pastor etc.

    NOTE;
    everybody has a certain percentage of each temperament but there would be a major temperament. No temperament is better than the other.
